This introductory class is for you. In a caring, non-judgmental environment, we will explore the concepts of mindfulness and their capacity to reduce stress, replenish energy, restore balance, and cultivate joy. We will cover the basics of meditation, the different ways to meditate - there really is no “wrong” way to do it! - and we will share in the rich, transformational experience of sitting in communal silence. Come learn how to relieve stress and make the connection between physical health and mindfulness techniques.
